dmc/hope depends on the University's rules and regulations. and for the dorm, you have to pay the fee from your stipend

yes it's compulsory. If your Professor has provided you the scholarship grant letter/bank statement than you have to show just the bank statement of amount which covers roundtrip airfare otherwise it's 18000 dollars bank statement
Its mean we must be have 5 million and plus in our bank account.
