I bought my first new bow because of your review on the Bear Whitetail Legend Pro and I love that thing! Awesome to see you put a Bear bow out in the field! Great video!
@@BackyardBows I understand that all to well😂 I rock the RX1 and hyperforce 2018 hoyt models but they both still scream. Thank you for all the content I love your channel boss.
I never get rid of a bow when I get a new one I think that you always should have a back up that you have spent time with never know when something happens and you can’t get it fixed right away
I agree I tried a lot of bows I liked but they didn’t like me or feel right and I like Hoyt’s but I never gave them a shot from what I was told about them the I tried a used 2019 Hoyt Helix and I loved it I was able to shoot 5lbs more then usual how smooth it was and I am deadly out to 50 yards with it and I bought it for $500 but it was in new old stock condition so brand new and was a steal for a old flag ship to me and I am ready to get on deer with it I tried many like I said but none shot the best or felt as good as the Hoyt’s I liked the Alpha X but I didn’t wanna put that kinda money out so I opted for a few years older flagship and I don’t regret it! Plus the Helix feels very similar to the Alpha X and the Ventum series of bows very smooth draw and shoots great! The newer ones are just a slight bit smoother and have the bells and whistles but I’m happy with my Hoyt helix.
So what you're saying is, "I don't know, just get a bow and go shoot and go hunt!" Good stuff, I appreciate all the time and details you put in your reviews!!
I just put the ripcord ratchet limb driven on my sequel 33, it was easy to set up and works great. Hoping I get drawn for august a Busch again this year
Good set ups you got! I’ve shot a lot of bear bows and was looking for a flagship to upgrade to tried all of the new bows but didn’t wanna pay around $1500 plus for a bow and to set it up. I love the alpha X shot amazing and felt great but couldn’t pay what they wanted luckily my local shop had a new old stock 2019 Hoyt Helix and said shoot this and it was very similar to the ventum series and the alpha X! Very smooth and I could shoot 5lbs more then I could because my shoulder injury I had years ago went from 55lb to 60lbs and out to 50 yards with 535gr arrows including broadheads thing is a tack driver and best bow I’ve shot! Yes the ventum and alpha X are slightly smoother and have all the bells and whistles but for a 2019 Hoyt helix brand new for only $500 I had to get it I have probably over $1200 into it in building it up and I am happy I would have paid 1200 or more just to by a bare flagship now but I a couple years maybe I’ll upgrade now that I have all the expensive upgrades on the helix
See I hated my v3x ergonomics weren’t great it was crazy heavy cost more to restring I hate the top hats removed grip to be somewhat comfortable. But I freaking love my Athens axis 35!!
@@BackyardBows a lot guys on the pse page I’m on, on Facebook dumping them going to Hoyt. When in my opinion when I shot all the carbon this year the pse blew them out of the water which is why I went with them. But to each their own I think the Mach 30 is best bow on market at the moment

I have the whitetail max too. I’m pumped to use it this year. Good luck!
I got the prime Ronan! Thanks to Brandon! And his fire reviews! every video is killer! And that’s a fact!🔥🔥 thanks again man!
Running the Revex 4 again this season. Cant find much that feels as good to me.
I still use the V3X 33 too.. i have tried all the new bows and to me the V3x 33 is perfection as well.
Still rocking mine as well. Don't see a reason to replace it really.
Looking forward to this season! Good luck with the bows.
Excellent and exciting. Enjoy! Many thanks. Happy hunting.
I’m shocked you didn’t go with the pse mach 30 after you loved it so much
I had to get my money back 😂

I am surprised! No Elite ! LOL! It is nice to have all the good choices to hint with!
The omnia I hunted hard with and would always throw in the mix if I had the money
I have my Persist set up with HHA Tetra Max RYZ, Shrewd Vantage bars and Black Eagle Carnivores and Swhacker hybrids. Sweet shooting bow for sure.
That is a great set up right there

Could you do a review on the elite synergy?‼️PLEASE‼️‼️

Is that the Hoyt Alpha X 30 or 33. I know you reviewed the 33 but bow looks different.
30
Any reason you didnt stick with the Elite Ethos? You seemed pretty enthusiastic about it.
So early in the year would have been hard to hold onto for that long and I hunted last fall with it already
No darton made the line up 😮

V3x in my opinion is the best overall hunting bow. The 33 that is not 29 imo
No Rx-8 😭😭😭?!?
Can’t believe there’s no Mach30
It’s in the top 5 just couldn’t hold onto it, needed the 💰 😂
