If you wanted to figure out if this was true you wouldn't concentrate on what text to speech says words wise, you'd concentrate on what it gets wrong and if that word could have been messed up due to the accent.
For example Haruka, she has a hard time pronouncing the "H" sound so her drawl would get translated to "Erika" or "How to car" depending on how she said it. I can also see if she does have a thick drawl that she might be a bit embarrassed or self conscious about it hence the TTS. And she chose the Sharon TTS which is British and very refined and older sounding. There are other TTS voice packs that are younger sounding

I could understand that. Although the more likely explanation is just that she’s a guy. And I don’t mean that in the overused joke about vtubers just being middle aged guys with voice changers. I mean there is actually some solid evidence behind zen specifically being a guy. You can find some videos presenting the evidence if you look around. But as zen said in a comment on one of those videos, it really shouldn’t matter.

Yes and she's also Latinian decent. - Zen's age isn't known but she was a retail manager so I'd put her in her early 30's at this point She's only a few months younger than Ironmouse when it comes to being a VTuber (started in Nov 2017 and Mouse started in Aug 2017.) Zen is literally a primary Twitch pioneer when it comes to being a VTuber as Mousey was on a different smaller streaming site at that time. I don't know of any VTubers as old as them on Twitch.

I mean most of us country folk around the us say that. I'm from the rural side of Washington state and when shit goes south "Aw hell" or however a person spells it is usually the first thing out of my mouth. That or "Aw fuck" if it's a worse situation.
Rural Oregonian here. There is a slight southern influence in the rural areas of the Pacific Northwest. If I had to take a guess, it's because a lot of the people living out here back in the day were from confederate states and whatnot. There's a reason Oregon is white as hell and has a long history of white supremacists. We had sundown towns for a while. We're basically only blue because of Portland and Eugene, it's like if Texas didn't have as much landmass so Austin and Houston's population advantage wins out. Still pretty subtle influence, there's just as many that sound the same as people from the city.
