The actual reason why beacons pass through bedrock is because, when you’re in the Nether, there’s bedrock above you, so, to build a beacon in the Nether, you’d have to break bedrock if it wasn’t for that feature 👍

To load a structure, place your structure block, then click on it then select it to “Load” and then type in the structure name to what you selected to the save structure block. I just realized that the Soul Sand bubbly water not being turned into obsidian, stone, or cobblestone, would make for a pretty neat trick to pull on your friend. Like, imagine that you're running away from your friend in Minecraft, and they don't stop or pull away from the lava in time, and they hit the lava but fall into water below. That as a trick could actually be used to kill them, because if they keep jumping up and down in confusion, and then they manage to get out from the trap, they'll still be on fire from the lava. And the water source from under the lava won't help them all too much, unless they dig down a couple blocks, go away from the lava, and have the water stop them from burning.
