I got a frontal & 3 bundles for under $250. I’ve put this hair through hell & back & it’s still holding up. I’ll be bleaching it soon as well. I definitely suggest this hair company

Placed an order on December 29th, received it today, January 10th via DHL. It was less than two weeks and the knots are not over bleached - the unit is very nice. Pay attention to what you’re ordering, some items require additional custom days and is only displayed at the bottom of the screen when selecting wig details.
Yaaassss that's what I'm saying ppl want their wigs in 3 days. Me I'm like buy it and forget it...like take your time on my wig lol. Over bleached knots can be easily fixed by tinting the lace in tea or with Adore hair dye..

I received mine and had good communication from the company. The unit is ok but cons are knots and lace over bleached (orangish color). I am fixing with color correcting shampoo and touching up roots. Also, mine has random fly away 4 inch pieces of hair (and some gray pieces) that I have to figure out how to keep down. The hairline was not bad. I think the cap runs big. I ordered a small and it is too big for my head.

I agree. The same thing happened to me. I ordered a 180% density and it looked more like a 130%. It definitely wasn't as dense as the one in the video above. The knots were orange and they bleached the roots. I'm tired of these companies giving shitty units to regular customers and giving their best to YTers.

I will definitely try to get my money back if my wig looks any different than the ones I’ve been seeing on RUclips. I ordered the one in this video but in 16 inches. Will see when it arrives. Im thinking of copying and pasting all 3 of their replies to my emails just so that people can see that their responses are all similar no matter what I sent in my emails. I really believe that they just copy and paste their responses, mainly because they are made up of several generalized and incohesive sentences of different fonts and sizes. Why waste time even emailing them lol. I can imagine just how frustrated you must be. I personally can definitely say that I will Never be ordering from this company ever again. I ordered from HairViVi before, just not this specific wig. They do have really good quality bundles for affordable prices. The biggest con is that shipping will take a long time, up to a month! That’s because they have to continue restocking ever since a few you tubers reviewed one of their signature wigs. Great hair company just order the hair fairly early, it will not come any sooner than 2weeks
Waited over a month for it. Which I didn’t mind too much. But when I got it. My texture was completely different. My wig had 2 different textures. Yaki with tiny crimps in it kinda like synthetic and mixed with silky texture.. smh
I finally received a tracking number I will have the wig on the 26th!!! Which actually a lot sooner then I expected based on reviews I’ve seen about the long wait time. I ordered the exact specific details, apart from the long delay for shipping it’s not flawless. Disappointed that the Hair I received is nothing like this out the box. Not bone straight, it’s wavy. It’s also thin and looks shorter than ‘18. Wish the company was consistent.

Stephanie McGee the hair is great. It looks just like the youtubers. It’s so pretty, But my wig is a little over bleached but that can be fixed. It took 2 weeks to process and 4 days to ship. So basically 3 weeks. But hairvivi Is totally worth it .

I’m quite disappointed. Their customer service leaves a Whole Lot to be desired. It looks like they just copy and paste their responses, if they decide to respond, that is.

Jewey Ib they shipped my wig last night/ this morning (1a.m) after I had threatened to file a dispute lol. It may have just been a coincidence. I will definitely try to get my money back if my wig looks any different than the ones I’ve been seeing on RUclips. I ordered the one in this video but in 16 inches. Will see when it arrives.
Im thinking of copying and pasting all 3 of their replies to my emails just so that people can see that their responses are all similar no matter what I sent in my emails. I really believe that they just copy and paste their responses, mainly because they are made up of several generalized and incohesive sentences of different fonts and sizes. Why waste time even emailing them lol.
I can imagine just how frustrated you must be. I personally can definitely say that I will Never be ordering from this company ever again.

Msnaturally Mary I ordered on December 4, I just feel kind of UGH, it would appear those on you tube and more so those that sponsor them get hem much faster. I would hope that's not true but I heard many people ( regular folks) hahaha, say the same even when it comes to hair, not saying in particular but just in general.

I ordered from HairViVi before, just not this specific wig. They do have really good quality bundles for affordable prices. The biggest con is that shipping will take a long time, up to a month! That’s because they have to continue restocking ever since a few you tubers reviewed one of their signature wigs. Great hair company just order the hair fairly early, it will not come any sooner than 2weeks

Okay, cool.
Waited over a month for it. Which I didn’t mind too much. But when I got it. My texture was completely different. My wig had 2 different textures. Yaki with tiny crimps in it kinda like synthetic and mixed with silky texture.. smh
I finally received a tracking number I will have the wig on the 26th!!! Which actually a lot sooner then I expected based on reviews I’ve seen about the long wait time. I am hoping the wig is up to par because I been speaking to a few you tubers who’s wigs are extremely thin. So fingers crossed Tuesday I will be happy and ready for my besties wedding

I ordered the exact specific details, apart from the long delay for shipping it’s not flawless. Disappointed that the Hair I received is nothing like this out the box. Not bone straight, it’s wavy. It’s also thin and looks shorter than ‘18. Wish the company was consistent.
