Imagine you're freezing a wave to recall because you have no mana / low hp and gold, but some random AP twitch uses E in all your wave and kills it so you get half exp, no gold, and the worst part: it's slow-pushing towards the enemy , so you can't recall because if you do you'll lose 3-4 entire waves of exp and gold (including one cannon wave). Now you have to stay and risk your life to get the exp from those waves, or else you'll be two levels behind in lane at the very least which automatically means you're already out of the game.
God you low elo players know literally nothing about wave management. That fiora is nowhere near strong enough to freeze that wave against the ren, meaning she was fucked regardless. The only thing rat took from her was the 5 minions, which is annoying, but frankly not that big of a deal
Rylai's is such a twitchchat suggestion, lmao Rat correctly points out that W already hits the hard cap for a slow, but also... even if W didn't... slows don't even stack with eachother anymore, they haven't since like season 3, lmfao Only the strongest slow on a character has an effect, other slows are ignored.

It needs to "apply spell effects", eg. what triggers ludens. Nashors doesnt trigger ludens, neither will it trigger healing reduction.

As AP twitch your level 2-5 are incredibly strong. So farming and playing safe in the early game for scaling is wasting potential.
