Killed the last seconds before Tsunami hit. Saved them all. Shit was wild. He felt bad I think cause he was the one that accidentally downed Vinny. Vinny jumped outta the car right as Randy fired across at a cop and got domed. One tapped. 🤦♂️ there is a video of it on RUclips, Randy was wearing his devil mask and red jacket I think.

There were a lot of rules broken, mostly by the cops. They detained him while dead, gave him a GSR test, searched him and confiscated his stuff, denied him EMS for a quarter of an hour. He had nothing to do with the CopsVsRamee/Taco/Curtis situation. In fact, Ramee killed Randy with a molotov while trolling the cops. Heck, he was getting his tarot card reading right before he died. So to say he was the 4th man is a reach. If anything, his only ally during that scenario was the 3rd party who saved him from the ambulance. Also by the time he was saved, the CopsVsCG MMO had completely left the area, leaving him by himself for another 15 minutes. The way things turned out balanced the situation. To be fair, the whole situation was shit show, but the wrong person got caught up in it.
I would say no because technically Randy wasn't part of this situation. Randy went down to the fire cause by the boys but wasn't actually involved in what the boys were doing.
