Cops have everything they can, 45+ cops, ifaks that they spam, guns with 0 recoil, evidence/lockers that they can use while in the middle of no where, while crims have medkits that take 5 sec to use and doesnt help with bleeding or health need to use about 8 med kits to get full health and will probably take about 2mins

it's a mechanic for the raid receipt. there is no other way to do it. they have to give the raid receipt before they leave the premesis... so how else are they supposed to do it when that is how the raid receipt system works? it's not powergaming.

Also he uses a small sub machine gun with a stock for one arm stababilty and from the looks of it he doesnt use a cursor on screen to account for not having great aim lul. The raid receipt was valid because it was the only way to get the receipt
