Congratulations he is so beautiful!! So glad he is healthy and so are you!! Being a mom is the best thing ever. But I'm also shocked the hospital had you do a car seat check for an hour and a half?! That's so long...is that just because of his size? I have never heard of doing this.
If you're bf'ing, which it looks like you are, you still need to watch your caffeine intake! What you put in your body he gets!

You look so beautiful I would never believe you just gave birth let alone a C-section. Atlas is so adorable. When our granddaughter gave birth we had an entite closet full of clothes for her. Not one outfit fit her. We had to go buy her preemies. I hope you bought some for that sweet tiny cutie pie. But dont buy too much they grow fast.❤❤

Congratulations 🎉 Just 2anted to note, his carseat straps are too high. The straps should be coming out of the seat just above his shoulders so they need to be threaded lower if possible ❤

Praying for fast healing! I’ve had 2 c sections! Take all the time to heal! Congrats and great job, mom & dad!!
How long did it take you to not feel any pain and be able to stand up from the bed easily? Does it hurt when you carry your baby?
I will have a c-section soon and I am scared of the recovery process 😢
@@bunnywithinternet5379 recovery for my 1st C-section was rough because it was unexpected. I had IV in both hands so it was hard to hold my son and breastfeed him. Because it was rushed and something new. I felt as if my insides were going to fall out when I stood. I used a pillow against my incision and the help of my husband. It took me about a week to be able to walk on my own.
My 2nd C-section was planned. SO MUCH BETTER. I think what hurt the “most” was IV placements and spinal tap. Recovery was so easy and pain was tolerable. I stood up and walked around by myself immediately. It still hurt but it was a lot smoother than the first time.
Come day 5, for me, things began to be a lot easier. I slept on the couch just because it was easier to get up from there rather than the bed. Rely on your partner and always accept help ☺️
You got this! Take my experience lightly! If you’re nervous have the medical staff walk you through it before they do anything. I’ll be praying for you! 💛
