Too good to be true, a modern preacher that tells it like the Bible says it. Thank you D Osteen.

So are you saying that the Virgins that were not ready, are people that lost their salvation?

I think that is what he is saying, but I don't agree with it. I think the 144,000 are the wise virgins who are taken into the chamber as the mark of the beast is being implemented (Rev 14), and the foolish virgins will face the 2nd half of Israel's 70th week. I don't think it's the 2nd coming but the rapture of the man child.

    1 Corinthians 12:27
Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
    1 Corinthians 1:2
Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
The body of Christ is not you.
    They are Jewish.
Paul calls these people, the body of Christ, his brethren, his kinfolk, and Paul refers to these Israelites among the Gentiles, as Gentiles.
    1 Corinthians 12:1
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
    1 Corinthians 12:2
Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.
These Israelites among the Gentiles are the 10 lost tribes of the house of Israel, the scattered tribes of Israel.
They are the 10 virgins of Matthew 25.
Paul’s ministry was to go to these lost sheep of Israel to bring all of Israel into one body.
The body of Christ is Jewish.
You are right. Context is key. The context of the entire Word of God is Israel. 😉

Wow, you are really confused! Without going too far down your rabbit hole, it sounds like you may be confusing the remnant of Israel - believing Jews - with the body of Christ, which is the “new creature” comprised of former Jews and Gentiles who are now believers, starting at the time of Paul’s conversion going forward to the present.
In Paul’s letters, he expressly states that there is no longer a distinction between Jews and Gentiles once you are saved by grace through faith after hearing and believing the gospel of grace revealed to Paul by Jesus himself after Paul’s conversion on the road to Damascus. Sorry for the lengthy sentence! In other words, when Paul uses the terms, “Jews” and/or “Gentiles,” he’s referencing UNSAVED people of those groups. Otherwise, they are his “brethren” as fellow members of the body of Christ - no longer Jews or Gentiles because they are now members of the new creature.
And that’s where I’m going to stop ; otherwise, this turns into a mini-novel. You are so far down your rabbit hole of doctrinal confusion that it simply can’t be handled here in the comments. Contact Pastor O’Steen and watch more of his videos. Justin Johnson of Grace Ambassadors is another excellent teacher, as is David Reid of Columbus Bible Church. I’m going to pray for you, too.

Paul tells the Ephesian church, a Jewish synagogue, that the middle wall of partition, the law, has been done away wiith, so that the Israelites near, and the Israelites far are become one body.
That one body is Jewish. Israel was under the law. You are not and will never be.
Paul is telling the Ephesians, who are uncircumcised Israelites, that they were not part of the commonwealth of Israel because they did not follow the law, and now they are made nigh by the blood of Christ
      Ephesians 2;11-17
11Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 14For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 17And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh
Jesus Christ by His death on the cross made both those Israelites, Gentiles who were far off, and those Israelites who were near, both one body in Christ.
      That is not you.

@@annhering6585 The pastor mentioned reading Ephesians chapter 3. This chapter made me see the light of what the body of Christ is.

I think this is what Scott Clark is teaching. He posted this nonsense on my Facebook a while back.
