    One correction.
Sir, the Tsangpo river which originates in Tibet is known as the Siang river in Arunachal Pradesh not Dihang river. In Assam it is known as the Brahmaputra river and in Bangladesh it is known as the Jamuna. Finally, it enters the Bay of Bengal.
So, basically the river has four different names - The Tsangpo, The Siang, The Brahmaputra and The Jamuna.

    1. I do understand the speedy flow of river and mountain ranges making it difficult for construction of dams. But can you make a video on possibilities of dam.

So, here are some recommendations, which need some heavy machinery like CHINA have:-
(1):- Extraction of sediments, which is blocking the path of huge amount of water, coming from Tibets and Himalayas and thus making huge space in main river to contain much water.
(2):- Construction of Channels & canals to run water to less rainfall area of Nagaland, Manipur & Tripura.
(3):- Plantation:- Doing so at a large extent with crores of trees can make soil permeable and it'll increase the water absorption capacity of soil , hence water will find its way down to earth(through holes created by roots of trees) and hence can increase the ground water level. (Cauvery calling project)
(4):-Dam:-a huge amount of water with Such a big velocity can eradicate the Power problem in North eastern states,
Edit:- Constructing a DAM is not easy and also not impossible, look how CHINA has constructed " The Three Gorges Dam" 175 mts above sea level, containing 36 trillion kg of water , and due to that the rotation speed of earth has slowed down by "3 nano seconds".

P.S. you haven't mentioned mega dams but I surmised from your Chinese example that you maybe be referring to mega dams. Hence my humble input.

Talking about Siang, the formation of networks of river start after Siang Bridge, Pasighat

Your review is awesome. Assam is surrounded by hilly terrains and developmental works in hilly terrain is causing heavy silt deposit in river Brahmaputra. Water carrying capacity is decreasing day by day due to shallowing river bed and causing flash flood every year. To overcome flood problem river like Brahmaputra dredging works much needed to increase water carrying capacity to overcome flood problems.

The Assam Floods have been a recurrent problem for several years now. Our government needs to take necessary steps to ensure this doesn't happen again, be it via water diversion or building Dams and other hydro-regulatory tools.

@@bharatbachao6083 kinda true 💯 almost 40% of the total population in Assam are living in the flood plains .. reallocation is the only solution 💯 simply making barricades won't solve anything it's just short term ... Silt deposit also increases along with the flood increasing its river base .
