Observing a child and writing what you see a child abilities, their motors skills, and communication and social skills, it will helps adult to put in place resources and what to do next to help develop in the best for their wellbeing.
Which is why FAMLY need to add other aspects of child development to the observations on their app. Such as Leuven Scale, ECAT, Schemas etc this would help practitioners to understand the reason behind observations and to use them to support Childrens learning above and beyond development matters.
