If you want your cobblestone pathing not to have battlements, you can make a second cobblestone platform of the exact same shape and put it inside the first one (so that they occupy the same space, glitched inside each other. Not sure how to phrase that). This will make the battlements disappear. It works because when you have two platforms touching each other, the game connects the touching sides. If you put two platforms inside each other, it tries to connect every touching side and the battlements completely disappear. Edit: The developers have announced that they are working on a quality of life feature, where you can turn battlements off in the paining menu. It's currently being tested on the beta-branch of the game. So very soon we won't need the hassle of merging platforms anymore and it will just be an option!
You can use the color tool to color the light that shines through the window at night. You can also use the color tool to make doors and window frames any color you want.
I saw someone in one of the videos on you tube using the "scisors" tool to level the wall and make stairs out of that. I was wondering, if you could show the use of that tool, and how to do that? Thanks. This video was very helpful.
tysm, unfortunatly i cant add to a video thats up, but if you click on the wall it brings up the scissors, you can then drag that up and down to make it level. Then drag it smaller so it makes the size of 1 step, like 3 or 4 stones wide, and create another wall, pop that wall behind and do the same thing but make it slightly higher then the previous, after doing this a couple of times you will start to get the shape of steps. I hope ive explained it ok.

Thank you for this information!
If you click on a window it will cycle through different variations of styles/decor around it!
Further to the sheep: if you put a large blob of water immediately below them, they float around on little life rings :D
I love them even more now 🥰

How do I get out of the white square?
Do you mean the edit mode of the building? Just click on an empty piece of scenery and it should cancel it
