its like they make this as hard as possible on purpose... why some counties dont let you report it online? this is crazy. i feel like the entire system needs to be wiped and redone from scratch but of course this will never happen. if i try to call with questions they just dont answer the phone.
The website, It’s not available in contra costa county. Contact them so much difficult. I mail them still not received. It’s late to submit but i will still do it. I went to their office near location but they still told me to contact them. Contact them early at 8am until 10am always say high call volume sorry we can’t answer your call. I call them every day for a week. But I don’t get luck.
I hope this website will availability to any county would me easy for them and for us well.

I was told I need to have there by the fifth but I still have received. If I get today or tomorrow could I personally take to their building I am not good at internet stuff

You video did very little to help…your video is very close to $ucking…you need ,if you know, to explain what “total countable earned income” means and also a lot of other terms….if one sends the wrong information one might end up getting no help…how to send the app is the least important subject….
Not very informative didn’t explain a lot of the terms you used so I’m more lost now than I was before I watch this video not trying to be mean but what do your pronouns have to do with somebody trying to fill out paperwork and we’re not gonna be calling you anything we’re just watching a video so who cares about your pronouns are totally caught me off guard
