The game itself for it to showcase this realm of clinch work strategies is too limited and unfortunately it won't be able to capture it due to the time. And obviously the talent of development wouldn't be able to implement this type of strategy. It's a big part of real life boxing too. Unfortunately, maybe that's why they're holding back on the ref. Implementation in real time is because it it would add significant nuances on Pacific fighters. For example, like Floyd mayweathers Philly style show defensive prowess and the way he implements forearms and how he stops variable offenses in the way he clinches. Or a moderately in today's boxing scene like benavidez is brawling stocking style heavy in the clinch heavy in the inside fight could be seen but unfortunately the ref has to be displayed into that gameplay and I think they just don't have enough resources to implement that depth in real time game. Right now everything's pretty much basic. Hopefully over time. I don't want a game where they release a new game every year. I want them to keep working on this for a while. I mean hopefully they can add more additions to the gameplay cuz right now it's just not enough.

I know it wouldn't mean a lot of profit if they just keep adding additions to this game, but this game's been out for a long time so I'm hopeful we can have expansions in the gameplay later on in this game's shelf life. I'm hoping for the best
