Surging Strikes is a move that hits three times and always lands Critical Hits, I take advantage of this by using Kingdra with the Sniper Ability! This Ability boosts the Damage of Critical Hits by a further 1.5x, making each hit extremely powerful! If this wasn't enough, I use the Rain to boost the power even more as well as being Tera Water, allowing Kingdra to easily run though teams!

This is Pokemon Showdown, a battle simulator with plentiful custom gamemodes.
This is one such Custom Gamemode, titled “STABmons”. It’s based off Gen 9 OU, but with a twist - Any Pokemon can use any move that it shares a type with. For example, since Kingdra is a Water-type, it can legally run Surging Strikes in STABmons specifically because of that gimmick. Another noticeable thing is this team’s Overqwil who uses Noxious Torque - A Poison-type move normally unique to the Navi Starmobile, renowned for being the highest Base Power Physical Poison-type move that doesn’t have Gunk Shot’s shaky 80% Accuracy.
