Something about walking through a city at night… enjoy that quiet time before the pubs and clubs get busy so you can experience the city in a different way. Like the new lighting in the meadows I remember it as pretty dismal but then it’s been a while since I was last there. Thanks for a really nice sunset by the way, great views from the roof top. I have stayed in Edinburgh a few times on very short visits on the way back from the Highlands. It is lovely to see it from a different aspect and be guided by an expert! thank you Shawna, that was lovely.
I was sitting at traffic lights on my motorbike and for a second thought it had started snowing but it was the cherry blossom getting blown by the wind from a close tree, it's been a nice week riding in and around Edinburgh seeing all the pinks and whites, full on sakura.
Excellent sharing as always… Thank you bringing back all the memories, visited EDI a couple of times throughout the years but seldom see the city kind of deserted & almost empty like shown here… Definitely will come back here some times soon… Terima kasih from Malaysia…
