La Arquitectura es propia de su contexto, como un registro, en otras épocas los contextos pedían ornamentación, las expresiones artísticas se caracterizaban por la belleza de los detalles, que se puede ver también en la pintura, por ejemplo. A comienzos del siglo 20 se produce una revolución artística, aparece el expresionismo, impresionismo y en Arquitectura surge la curiosidad por descubrir la esencia de las formas, se vio la ornamentación como un maquillaje o casi como un disfraz. Por ello, aparecen formas más limpias y racionales, de ahí la famosa frase "menos es más" del arquitecto Mies van der Rohe. Además, se descubre el uso del acero en construcción, aparecen avances tecnológicos; también como dicen algunos, se redujo el valor de la mano de obra, ya que estos maestros son verdaderos escultores, y se redujo el tiempo de construcción. Creo que es un proceso inevitable, el arte tomó esa dirección de forma natural, pero hoy en día estoy seguro de que estos oficios volverán a florecer y las personas volverán a buscar estos detalles. A mí como arquitecto me encantaría plasmar detalles y texturas en las obras, pero es muy difícil convencer al cliente, ya que significa más costos.

This is how the Chinese artist around those era did it! I've seen many of such building particularly city façades in Malaysia adorning with such motives. The 'freehand' thing without molding make it unique eventhough the design on each row are somewhat sameness. I just love this! It is a blast from the past being shown in the eyes of clueless kids once more. Fantastic craftmanship👍

This type of designs and craftmanship is done in India thousands years ago, you can see and observe it in the temples, and the beauty is at that time no such equipments were found or available..... Still the work is amazing, the perfection, art, depth, and unique......

Never done cement but first I would determine the most stable, workable products, then practice mixing & working simple broad areas so they are balanced & not crooked. Let them dry & see how you did. Work on trial boards with some expanded mesh to hold your "creations" as you make them. When happy at this stage do more & add more curves & sculptural elements til you can control them. The time it takes is up to you! Good luck.

I made this product in 3 hours, to make this product you have to practice for 1 week
