Orpheus and Grace were kind of interesting since Naiad was also teased in the Time of Reunion trailer and was (for a while) assumed to be related to the "siren's song" drug - but that turned out to actually be the same symbol that happens when Ivy gets 100 corrosion on someone, so.... I'm not sure. Sadly my two braincells haven't really managed to properly comprehend what's going on in Qi Shiyi's lore - all I know is that trailer animation goes brrr, asian aesthetics are my weakness, and Qi Shiyi and Tang Si seem........ interesting 👀🌈 There's quite a bit of mystery on what happened to Tang Si / her family. There were some speculations on whether Qi Shiyi might have ended up killing Tang Si's family members or if the Tang Family is also being killed like the Xiao (Anti's) bloodline was. One of Anti's introduction posts combined with her deduction implies that Tang Si disappeared to the manor / the invitation lured Qi Shiyi in by claiming to know her whereabouts. 4:15 haha omg Statue was about to express-deliver you to Galatea haha~ 6:40 i will never figure out how hitboxes work with jumping/air-travelling characters lol 7:00 tbh I would have just went up the stairs here since he can't umbrella on 2nd floors so, it should be fine, I think. 8:20 this is such a no-comms moment 🤧 I think it's common for people to assume that "cipher machine primed" = "Primed and I can pop". It's a bit unfortunate that it's hard to tell whether someone needs help or not, and with "take over this cipher" it's hard to communicate that it's primed.... But another ping to combine the two just seems bad too.... hahh... unfortunate but I think stuff like that is quite easy to get messy. 12:30 what if I just say NO I feel like a swing to the left would have worked here too (for disarm) and maybe you wouldnt have needed the flywheel to get to the pallet? but maybe it was on CD and I just can't see it (watching on low res rn) 13:10 o o f 13:40 the inverse of the rip communications from the other match haha! Nice. tbh I rarely ever see portal communication like that, I should try to foster that kind of interaction. I had a really funny match actually so i was playing Antisquarian for her birthday and someone else was playing her. Another person decided to play Mr.Orpheus and there was a small child. And the other anti said” yo lets go 3 antis!” But then the small child (originally an anti) swapped to small child. And then i said”swap to anti!” And the small child did but Orpheus stayed the same so we had 3 antis and 1 Orpheus but then the hunter was ……….. Nightmare 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I actually laughed so hard bc it was Orpheus vs Orpheus and 3 antis but we ended up with a one escape bc of anti slow gate opening speed.
