Don’t forget the whole “things like this don’t happen in our town” (until they do…) thing that gets said in nearly every true crime documentary along with “_____ is the MOST PROLIFIC SERIAL KILLER” God, that gets old. 😂
I always question why no one saw him digging a grave under his bedroom window. Like…how do you dig a ditch like that and his wife, his five children, and no neighbor noticed that grave? Weird.
Maybe a high fence, maybe he dug at night? Idk, that’s a good question though. Maybe it’s more his demeanor. No one ever suspected him it seems so anything he did would get kind of ignored for the most part or not seen as suspicious.
This is the best crime series on RUclips. I am curious to know if anyone knows if the soundtrack at the end is available to listen to alone. Every time the end soundtrack plays, I just reflect on everything I just watched and think “it’s a frickin dark world…”
I knew darla, and she had a twin name, marla. i knew them both. I was in high school . I lived right off sprague . Malinda as well. Than ironic enough, i bought a house and found out his house was right next door CRAZY! Also, my aunt was in his truck at some point , and she started hitting him and scratching him. She actually was able to get away from him. She jumped out his van 😮
I went to Jr School and High School with this particular a-hole. I found him to be a problem from the beginning of his life. He's not the type who hadn't been the problem for his entire life.
The only reason i know Walla Walla exists is because back when WoW Cataclysm was out i randomly thought of it for a name. Wallawalla. Soneone in game asked if i did it after that place and i said i had no idea a town would be named something so silly
What they don't tell you here. Is the fact he has committed his initial murder as a 12 - or 13 year old . Got out and had his record sealed before high school.
@NZe-oc2gfWashington state is the most north western state in the continental US. It’s near Alaska on the Pacific. You are probably thinking of Washington DC which is on the opposite side of the US and is our federal capital.
@@WyattRyeSway - wow, short story. I was in 8th grade her in 7th. Our teachers name was Mr Barker , a math teacher. Shared that class with her I’d have to look in the annual. Last time seeing her, she was hanging out with a couple intimating people in my area.
Sold his white Corvette and bought a BLACK VAN!? WTF!? Yeah that’ll keep a low profile how many true crime movies and TV shows featured vans as kidnapping and murderer mobile weapon of choice . It was very hard for me as a small child as I became utterly terrified when I saw a van any van in public in those days they were very popular there were no SUVs, hell they even had song’s about sex in Chevy vans “we made love in my Chevy van and thats alright with me ….” 😂💯💀🤡
If i was a prostitute, and we were all on alert that there were sex workers turning up missing or dead, i would be VERY apprehensive about getting into a big bla k van. Or any van for that matter.
He killed 14 women and 1 man? I never heard of him? Wasn't as cute as Ted Bundy 😂! Sorry, l watch ALL of these crime shows and it stitches me up how these things happen; forensics; investigators; time; lawyers; judges; the court system and the country where it happens! (Victims, murderers and sentences)! Appalling, riveting, shameful and horrific! Thank you for uploading, interesting!
So I love true crime and serial killer trivia I must say Yates burying one his his victims in a shallow grave in his back year within view of his bedroom window and where his children surely walked that’s FREAKY. The only other serial killer that lived in such close proximity to his victims was John Wayne Gacy killer clown 🤡💀 they were all under his home floor boards but he DID NOT ACT ALONE in moving and burying those corpses the public and police wanted a quick scapegoat and they got one , the truth involves a gay sex trafficking ring of rich and powerful men , Gacy was out of state on business one that he owned he had work receipts when he was physically out of state while one of more of those boys were murdered but the police im sure were told by superiors to “back off” and drop it, which they did . I LOVED the Peacock series about Gacy from two years ago and sadly must admit I fell under his spell right away to the point of believing every word he said .
Guess you'll just miss out then since hopefully nobody's forcing you to watch. This Most Evil Killers series videos are legit some of the best documentaries available on this difficult subject, relying more on expert interviews and firsthand accounts vs just replaying a bunch of old television news footage like so many of them do
I love these older crime stories and I think some of the best thing about it is the narration
😊i find the overdramatic voice of the narrator annoing and a bit silly😢😢.
I love the narrator's voice as well.
Less fluff, too.
The narration is clear and the music keeps you intrigued. This is such a well put together series.
@@trineperstuen7011 I agree with you. I watch in spite of the narrator, not because of him.
"The he didn't look like a monster" line is right up there with "she lit up the room" as true crime cliches.
"The life of the party"... Hello from Brazil 🇧🇷
Don’t forget the whole “things like this don’t happen in our town” (until they do…) thing that gets said in nearly every true crime documentary along with “_____ is the MOST PROLIFIC SERIAL KILLER”
God, that gets old. 😂
It's not ironic that he ended up where he used to work. He is living it up in there.
This series is very well done and love Elizabeth Yardley and all the other commentator specialists!
I always question why no one saw him digging a grave under his bedroom window. Like…how do you dig a ditch like that and his wife, his five children, and no neighbor noticed that grave? Weird.
There could be lots of reasons. Perhaps the family was out of town. As far as the neighbors who knows what the geography is.
Maybe a high fence, maybe he dug at night? Idk, that’s a good question though. Maybe it’s more his demeanor. No one ever suspected him it seems so anything he did would get kind of ignored for the most part or not seen as suspicious.
Excellent coverage!!!

The police officer could`nt see the different between a Corvette and a Camaro ?
Not sure if he actually went on a Spree. 3 murders in 24 hours.
18 years in the military distinguished service wow Thank you for your service
If the serial killer was 46, why did they use a 76 year old actor
The only reason i know Walla Walla exists is because back when WoW Cataclysm was out i randomly thought of it for a name. Wallawalla. Soneone in game asked if i did it after that place and i said i had no idea a town would be named something so silly
Five children ? Clear warning sign
In what way?

The kinda privilege we speak about
We know for a fact a 7 yr old boy was electrocuted. So it’s not like kids weren’t punished then

What were the kids and wife’s reactions 😳
I went to school with Jennifer Joseph, Cedarcrest Jr High in the 90s.
I know a guy named Ben Adams who attended school with her too.

Is that in Spokane? Only asking cuz there is a cedar crest school district next to the school district I went to in Lebanon county Pennsylvania

What does a monster look like?????
I believe this is was the hunting ground of the green river killer as well
nope. That's the other side of the state.

how do you kidnap s.o. in a corvette, though

Is it possible for narrator to speak normal?overdramatic voice😂😂.and it makes the video less important😢
What’s wrong with Americans ?
@@RicheeBeI like the narrator. His voice makes it that much more exciting
The narrator sounds a little like Bear Grylls.

but sadly, killers don't only use vans or even vehicles for that matter....
He fell in the trap .. so neat..
Not so interesting anymore, since the videos are full of commentaries from so many people 😢. All we need is the story. Thank you
perhaps you should create your own videos, you may do it better...its a lot of work for youtubers to produce videos..just sayin...

Sounds like an interesting story just can’t handle the voice.
Well this is a whole series with about 70 episodes so you’re gonna want to avoid it I guess. It’s reposted on a few channels.

Yeah I get it. Fred Dineage's narration style is an... acquired taste. I can ignore it enough to enjoy the rest of the programme.
hate this narrator
