We called renewal by anderson for a quote on the windows (20 windows) and they quoted us $88k and yes we laughed him out the door, We ended up going through a local small construction company and getting all the windows for $9200 with labor its around $11k
I think we will see more offers coming from customers on Mercari as buyers try to leverage that to justify paying a premium fee. As long as you accept an offer under 10% off you will be ahead of where you were before the new change. Honestly I like the change as offers create dialogue which tends to lead to more sales. I read somewhere else that if you put your mercari store in vacation mode and take it back out, it automatically updates everything to 0% selling fees.

The original owner of the Pokémon failed to report the card stolen. Instead of going to the police and obtaining a police report, he turned to social media to try to find his stolen card. If he had a police report, I could have submitted it to PSA, the company that graded the card, and they would have updated the cert number to show it was stolen. When the reseller bought the card from the girl, he checked the cert number to ensure it was not stolen. If the original owner did what he was supposed to do, the reseller never would have bought the card.

I loved selling things for parts on Mercari because they used to back me up if someone tried to return it for not working. That was the point in having two separate selling platforms, because they were different.
You can legit buy a house around here for 77k, it may be a 2/1 and 1000 sq but possible. I'd drive to FL for a wedding, but you are getting thrifted wedding gifts. find a beauty college and get a head from them. LOVED Fall Guy!
You guys crack me up😂😂 Dave what you can do is hire a handyman to do the job on the weekends or when it's convenient for you, go to window store which is a lot cheaper than Home Depot and have them replace the windows within a couple of weeks that way you can spread out the cost and personally I would change every window and slider you have.😊

Honestly, I’m shutting my Mercari account down. I do sell a little bit on there, but I have purchased in the past. There are too many other platforms to purchase from to be surcharged.
The buyer has to pay the processing fee now, just like anywhere else when you make a purchase using a debit card some places charge a small fee. If I use a card at an estate sale I have to pay a fee, when I pay a bill online I pay a fee. To avoid bank fees people would have to pay cash which is impossible if purchasing or paying anything online. I guess you can call it a convenience fee. The fees have to be applied somewhere. I don't like it but I get it.
