Ive noticed when i have healthier boundaries and i am parentig myself, doing my healing & recovery work and making time for fun and choosing friends wisely - theres less lonliness. Love self!!!
I have no one left, been thru hell with my narcissistic family. Had to cut them off due to such dirty behaviour towards me. Yes I’m lonely, but I’m definitely not putting up with abuse! Waiting to meet my soul tribe.

My mother in her last days realized many things. She said "Mark you'll be all alone". She had finally seen the true family structure. She also said that she hadn't really known me. That I was a very different person thsn who she thought I was.
They never take the time to get to know you as a person. They are not intrested. It upset my family members realizing this when I told other ppl they are strangers to me

The trick to loneliness is to love yourself so much to the point that you never feel lonely. Self-love is the best love. Do things that will make you a better you. Yeah, you may be alone but you never feel loneliness psychologically or emotionally. Ok, you might feel it sometimes but, when you do, it won't be hard to shake because you worked on yourself so much that your mind is superior to that emotion. Love yourself first and more love will follow.
I have experienced extreme lonliness at times in my life parents divorcing moving all my lifetime job changes and in love relationships ending very hard to deal with but I have nice people and God fills the hurt for me❤ thank you

Again I love these psychology videos i can’t express how much how I love these videos i can so relate to many things of what i go through as a adult child going through a dysfunctional family in a black family where there corporal punishment and abuse incarceration as a child despite my mother being independent and controlling really she always wanted to be in charge In her words she paid the cost to be the boss
1989 My mother attempted to unalive herself. I saved her life and was isolated by my siblings, friends and relatives for 30+yrs. 2019 they moved 12 min from my home and began stealing my work vehicles and calling all types of enforcement to my home. I just found last month that they moved. 2024 my mom who had brain damage and dementia passed away on my b-day. I watched her funeral on RUclips. I received court documents 3 months later that stated I was declared dead and they stole my inheritance and identity. Now, they are gang stalking, cyber bullying and harassing me daily. They have taken over my wifi router, security system, Iphone all electronics in my home and are trying to destroy my life.
