This is an Exacellant idea. Babu Sir got a solution for the grave problem we are facing day to day base in all over the country particularly in Kerala. Now the govt. authority should sincerely listen and help him . Closing eyes and blaming each other become an old story if a quick arrangement brought in place by our govt.
