Nobody programmed the ringing machine to activate it on holiday, as it was a work week day and on those only three bells ring usually

How come the des' is not ringing?

The ringing computer is outdated and not many people know how to set it up or customize it, so even if holiday comes on normal day it first rings like on any workday (es' - f' - as') then they manually turn on special ringing
