I'm not 100% sold on baggy jeans trend ending, super baggy yes, but I don't see normal baggy leaving. Everyone had been saying baggy jeans would die out for two years now and I'm just not convinced yet.
In a way, I feel like the super baggy but complimenting body type like wide leg jeans but the waist is fitting fine is the new style. Like I feel like the straight leg regular baggy look is becoming “basic” and the new wave is that wide leg draping over the boots/loafers/sneakers. But yes the super ridiculously baggy where you need the belt on the literal last loop to keep the pants up is deff leaving
Appropriate baggy pants/jeans is here to stay forever. It opened up people’s understanding on proportions and balance between shirts and bottoms. People will mature and yes will leave ULTRA baggy jeans, but slightly baggy is just right
The older I get, i start to realize trends don't really matter for me. Every "trend" of the last decade or nearly every trend is just recycled historical classic menswear. It underscores the importance of just wearing what you like. For me that happens to be classic timeless clothes.
Atp we should all have realised that no trend is ever „leaving“ so in order to stop overconsuming literally just wear what you want. But yes extremes are always very trend-bound but skinny jeans as well as baggy jeans are classics. There is no single item that will make you stylish period. Wear what you want and learn how to wear it. -Gurkenjesus
I think the thing about men’s fashion is that it’s a loop, it repeats its self, maybe some alterations here there but men’s fashion brings life to some items that died in the past (skinny jeans ain’t coming back from the grave) lol😭 but for men’s fashion because we are limited to items we have to be creative with the items we have and make them stand out unlike women’s fashion that has a wide collection of pieces
1. I think these are all on the nose for 2025! I was just in NYC last week and saw all of these already starting especially the scarf hood and denim on denim outfits 2. I can’t believe we continue to see the return of fashion pieces in this generation. I remember as a kid every adult I knew owning a peacoat and now it’s back and worst of all, now I’m the adult lol 3. I already know I’ll never be able to give up my baggie jeans, I just love them so much, so comfy and cute!! - sorry for the long comment hahaha
NYC sets the bar, I feel like they’re always ahead as far as fashion goes! It’s crazy how looks end up repeating, denim on denim used to be a big no no 💀 Thanks for the long comment!
I can still see the “kids” putting on baggy jeans but straight/loose is more timeless. I think timeless fashion and run club aesthetic will be a thing this year. I don’t think any new trends will take over like in the past. I’m sure the luxury brands will push new looks.
This year I’m purchasing less and getting rid of more. Having rules like add one remove two. As well as cycling out clothes. Thrift stores lost their charm and no longer have the same inventory as the once did. I’d rather take fewer trips and go vintage shopping so that I can find quality pieces that also have an identity to reflect my own style. A big thing for me this year is finding clothes that fit well and layer well with jewelry….moc Turtlenecks I’m looking at you.
Shia Labeouf and I have been wearing gym shorts for the past 2 years. Brad Pitt’s maroon blazer he wore over a neon yellow sweater back in 2020. Raincoats and madras shorts.
I get where you’re coming from! My focus in this video is to highlight trends that can inspire people to refresh their look, but I always encourage finding ways to make trends work with what you already have or through sustainable options like thrifting. It’s all about mindful choices 🤝
thrifting became a trend once resellers became a massive problem. i used to be able to find great stuff thrifting, now its the same shit every time i go. fast fashion, walmart, target clothes etc. thrift stores have also caught on in my area and started upcharging on "vintage clothing"
Super baggy has inspired boring people to move away from super skinny....finally.. Thats how it actually works. But they arent cool enough to take it to the extreme. So they just look like a newer BASIC
Aear what you like. Whatever is your style and you are comfortable with. Trends make you a brainless follower who will ditch his/her wardrobe as soon as both next door neighbors do it.
As someone who hates the super baggy fit, I’m so happy to see that trend sunset. It never looked good on anyone and also makes the garment look like it’s the wrong size for the person wearing it.
Hot girls can do the super baggy thing and its so cool, sexy and just really love it. Guys cant so stop please. Sporty will rule the day, sneakers are still super hot they aint going anywhere. Hoodies will get even more popular if thats even possible. Lose weight, work out and get a good haircut too.

Completely agree, I think super baggy are on the decline, but loose fit/baggy will still be around

@@CozyMigs yes exactly! The insanely super baggy jeans will faze out rather soon
Love the super baggy ! If they fit your waist/hips properly, they're *fire*

Nice collection ❤

Well said! It’s so important to stick to what you like
i agree. there may be that one thing that pops out but, for the most part, it’s we re just repeating something

thankyou, Pickle Jesus!
Excellent
Wow So nice
GREAT Channel,!! 👏🏾
Thank you!
Denim-on-denim seems like cosplay on the factory worker’s jumpsuit.
Haha never thought of it like that
Awesome comment. Justin and Britney would be proud.

Keep these up bro! Love all the inspiration
Thanks bro! I’ll make sure to keep creating 🙏

You make a great point, baggy might just be the younger style. Straight/loose is definitely more timeless
Everything I wore in the early 2000s is coming back again lol I see why my dad laughed when I asked to wear his clothes from the 70s/80s

I wholeheartedly agree with this - including the moc turtlenecks part haha Lately I’ve found myself getting rid of more as well
Great video my dude, What's the brand of the tailored peacoat?
Thanks bro, appreciate it! That peacoat was Valentino Garavani’s Double-Breasted Wool-Twill Peacoat
man im getting old cux pea coats was the thing back in 2008...guess we're cycling back to that time now
For sure, they're def a staple - I just think more people are catching on to them and we'll see peacoats worn more often
I'm completely fine with super baggy pants going out. That's a trend i never really understood. Even as an emo kid in the early 2000s.
What is the first monochrom jacket in the slide
Subscribed ♥️
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video :)
Where are the jeans at 5:10 from?
Those are Acne Studios 2021M Loose fit jeans
Where is the jacket @ 2:36 from?
I must be getting old, I thought Pea Coats were a fashion staple and mainstay.
They're definitely a staple, but it seems like we'll start to see them worn even outside of formal settings and more widely adopted
They are a mainstay. I just replaced my 15 year old Pea Coat today. Very popular here in the Great Lakes.
They are , they’re just “on trend “ now
Blazers and gym shorts calling it now
You might be cookin with that one

Where’s your denim jacket from bro👌🏽
Cropped denim Jacket by Zara 🤝
@ is this still available? I can’t find it on there website
It might be unavailable now since I got this jacket over a year ago
Where is you glasses from?
Warby Parker, Percy Frames
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I hope baggy don’t come back I don’t wanna see the 90s dress code again we did it and it’s done and we looked homeless lol
If everyone is chasing the trends, there is no way to have a environment friendly fashion industry. But if not, the result is the same.

Thrifting was never a trend. It has always been and will remain a lifestyle.
I think both can be true. Thrifting has always been a lifestyle for many, but it’s definitely become more mainstream in recent years.
thrifting became a trend once resellers became a massive problem. i used to be able to find great stuff thrifting, now its the same shit every time i go. fast fashion, walmart, target clothes etc. thrift stores have also caught on in my area and started upcharging on "vintage clothing"

I don’t care I’ll continue wearing what I like. I liked your video tho😊
Scarf hood is so goofy, that'll be a flash in the pan
🫤rinow my style is a freezer suit wit steel toe boots.
Peacoats and scarves as a trend, seriously? What fashionable man hasn't been wearing these all along?
The @baggy jeans “ are ridiculous 🤦🏽♂️,seeing these kids that are a size waist of 28-30 ,wearing 40 plus size waist pants 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Please let the super baggy parachute fad be done 😭 HATE IT HERE

Nine
Good start but you don't understand fashion or trends. Perhaps with more experience.
Anything western trends you should avoid if you want to have a unique style. Western fashion is very boring and oversaturated.
I can’t really see peacoats becoming a trend at all. Nobody under 30 wears them and won’t suddenly begin to do so
@KamisatoElias you’d be surprised, people said the same thing about loafers. Now everyone who’s into fashion wears them
@@dnydonthrifted pea coats work just fine for the young
As someone who hates the super baggy fit, I’m so happy to see that trend sunset. It never looked good on anyone and also makes the garment look like it’s the wrong size for the person wearing it.
I agree! I could never get behind the super baggy jean fit, it was too much
Hot girls can do the super baggy thing and its so cool, sexy and just really love it. Guys cant so stop please. Sporty will rule the day, sneakers are still super hot they aint going anywhere. Broski what are you on about, sometimes you should leave your comments to yourself don’t you think?
Keep these up bro ! Love all the inspiration
