Honestly it’s weird with him saying gravy. It makes more sense if he said instant broth from instant gravy powder. Even real gravy is made from a broth + roux, so he was just reverse engineering.
I was also gonna question why he didn’t buy a boullion or instant soup powder. But then I remember he doesn’t season soup, so he probably stuck to gravy to get something salty enough.
Everything ive learnt about Mysta’s eating habits has been against my will and each thing is always somehow worse than the last

In the UK, we have stuff called "Bovril," which is essentially a gravy designed for drinking, as far as I know. I wouldn't drink it myself. They call it "Beef Tea"

To be fair, beef gravy is pretty much just beef fat(or butter), thickening agent(flour. starch. etc), and beef broth at various ratios depending on the recipe so it is basically soup.
