Never. U go into this type or ridding knows they may or more then likely be some pushing/pulling/ shovelling haha. All part of it!

The first day out west is miserable and always sucks. You're getting use to being in high elevation (less oxygen) and losing 30% of your HP compared to low elevation...
What Ive learned is eat your wheaties and every stop drink some water, it will save you.
I ride almost 20 days a year out there and its the best experiences you will ever have! But you gotta work for it haha
