We had the exact same floor plan back in the early 80's with Aramco in Dhahran Hills North. Looks like they upgraded to tile flooring! It was a pretty nice floor plan.

Nice one to remember. We lived at Flamingo street back in 2008-2013... exactly similar house type and size. Enjoy the RT beach... 😀

Hi! Congrats on your move to RT, must be well established now I hope!
I grew up in RT and made a video of the camp and managed to lose it. I was wondering if you'd consider making something to replace it? We left in 1999 and lived on Mallard Drive. I have very fond memories of living there and haven't entirely ruled out applying for a job there in the future someday. I'd love to get some photos of the camp and of my old house and the perimeter road and the yacht club if it is still there.
I was there from 10 years old to 20 and it left quite an impression.
    Cheers!

Thanks - apologies for the dumb annoying commentary - I didn't originally plan on posting this for public consumption!
I think this type of house is around 127 sq m. Good luck with the move!

    Disadvantages of living in udhailiayh:
    1-Food is expensive
2-There are no variations of food suppliers and vendors.
3-No famous food restaurants like burger king, mcdonalds, etc etc.
4-the camp is dead and has no social life.
5-even though the nearest city is 50 kilometers away, the camp is not considered as remote area and employees are not getting remote area allowance.
6-the movies shown at the theater are old.
7-Medical service provider is bad and insurance does not cover dental jobs.
8-some apartments smells bad because its wooden wall and floor.

Not enough money in the world to live here . Water shortages , booze is an extreme rarity unless made,,, If god forbid anything happened your ass is grass! !

Never had water shortages in the 80's. No booze isn't necessarily a bad thing. You need it that bad Bahrain isn't far.
