Nobody cares if you stay up late or are anti-social, but basic cleaning etiquette goes a long way. Don't be a slob and clean the common areas, that's it! Being an adult has its freedoms but you must not forget the responsibility part, otherwise it's just anarchy.

Maybe setting some ground rules is a good idea, but in my experience dont let the "rules and guidelines" be the basis for miscommunication. By that I mean, you set a rule for times you go to sleep and as humans, not all of us can agree to be in bed lights out at the same time every night. That is just an example. Bottom line, rules are great to have a conversation about but dont let expectations give yourself an excuse not to voice your concerns as they pop up. Aka "ugh me and my roomie agreed to always clean our hair out of the shower! She should know better!!!" Dont sweat the small stuff and use your words
