How to wake up and get riding as fast as possible with 5 KILLER tips!

  • Hello guys my name is Ben and this is bad bikes and Today I will be sharing with you 5 KILLER tips on how to get up and head to the trails as fast as possible. We all know that while riding, there is nothing else we would rather do but, It can be difficult to wake up on a Sunday morning when nobody's telling you what to do and go head out to the trails. With these five KILLER tips tho heading out to the trails will become much easier easier
    Number one, have all your gears set up for you before you go to bed. This way when you wake up in the morning your gear is already set up and all you have to worry about is you getting dressed, getting a cup of coffee, putting on your helmet and getting out the door.
    The second tip is to set an alarm for when you want to wake up. I set my timer for around 7:00 AM giving me an hour to get dressed and ready for the day, and be out of the house by 8:00
    This leads us to our third tip which is to not go to bed super late. If you go to bed late then it makes it harder to wake up in the morning. Similarly less sleep makes a slopier guy and a sloppier guy means sloppier riding which is not good. If you go to bed at 12:00 a.m. and plan to wake up around 6:00, that's only 6 hours of sleep! For me, at least, that's not enough.
    The fourth tip is to think about all the fun you're going to have mountain biking. don't think about what you have to do in order to get there, just think about the fun, think about the memories you can create, think about the adventures you can have.
    The last and final KILLER tip is to set smaller goals to achieve the big one, and by this I mean, instead of waking up and thinking about how you are going to get there, Wake up and get your cup of coffee. This is a small and achievable goal that you know you can easily do. After that you know you need to get dressed, and get ready for the day. Do it, and you are one step closer to achieving the ultimate goal. Again, this is a small and achievable goal that you know you can get done.
    So there we go, five killer tips for how to wake up in the morning and get mountain biking as fast as possible. I hope you really enjoyed this video.       Number 5 is great advice for all things. You are so talented and creative. I want to get a go pro and start recording my thrifting trips. And make a RUclips channel. But I don't have a clue where to begin.

    My tip is sleep in your clothes so you can just run out the door and fill your water bottle with coffee
