I found this song and it, no joke was the thing that got me motivated again. I've lost 50 pounds but have started to gain weight again from *MY GAINS!* I got stuck at a desk for years and lost a ton of muscle. I do everything the hard way and workout every day. WHOS GUNNA CARRY THE BOATS!? Thank you Vitalic for the amazing music and thank you to the people who made this video. Noel Deyzel kept me going through this whole process I highly recommend him. UPDATE 4 months later, I'm eating better working more and pushung my limits every single time. Calisthenics and freeweights and well as my outdoor sports Ive got abs and Im closing in on my peak workout numbers. Im going to pass it and keep going. All natty.
Update! Im doing sets of 30 and doing at least 100 pushups every day. I have dropped 3 pants sizes and I'm getting cut now. Still working on the diet but I'm still kicking its ass. I'm done losing weight and now I'm making gains! When I don't feel like working out that's immediately when I start. *Kill that mental weakness, Kill the calories!*
@@instant_coffee24 I appreciate that! I've lost a total of 60 lbs now and I'm up to 140 pushups a day. The other exercises I don't really track I just do them until it hurts. I also just landed a second job with tons of benefits and perks that I wouldn't have gotten had I not gotten back in shape. It's crazy how fast it made a difference in my life. I'd like for you to join me and to start making your own gains. Start with what you can managed and chip away at it. I have certain songs in my Playlist, (like this one) when they come on I do some more pushups. When I thought "I don't feel like doing them" that's when I convinced myself to immediately do them. Break that inner weakness down and train my brain to do things I don't want to do. When you improve your body and endurance you feel much more motivated to do things you need to do so you can enjoy your time. You can even comment again if you want tips or motivation! Feeling strong and being able to easily help others with things they can't physically do feels better then gains. Do some now! Even if it's only a few it only takes a few seconds then it's just sticking with it and doing at least that number each day, and after a few days you realize you can do 1 or 2 more and that's when the motivation kicks in because it's a result you can feel. Thanks again, I hope you try it out too it's a game changer!
It's a weight loss story and a detective story, these people keep dying, and the media does a great job intertwining the fitness coach, the app, the music, and the hijacking nature of addiction to fast food, and they all come together in the end- the punching motions of the workout, the unhealthy food surrounding the people who died, and we have a proper Eureka moment where the detective figures it all out in time to save himself. The workout trained him to defeat a physical manifestation of his addiction, and once he overcame it, he lost weight. Amazing and a constant rewatch.
I love coming back to watch this video also! I had a different interpretation if you're interested; I thought it was about the negative perspective of unhealthy gym rats using too many supplements, pre-workouts and unhealthy eating habits because "they exercise/even the scales" I think he really felt for the victims as we see his POV until the end when we can get an outside perspective. The ending makes me think "Were these people really overweight? The detective's cell phone holder and shoes are fitted and can't shrink with him nor do they look oversized or fall off when he 'wins' Was he really 305lbs or did he just feel that way?
You know what, I was about to comment "wtf am I watching" but after reading that summary, I feel like I am not just up to speed, but indeed a fan. Well said homie.

This video brilliantly displays the thoughts in the dieting obese persons mindset as well as mocking the consumerism of quick weightloss plans. The video begins with someone dying from the drug stamina, a pill that apparently supresses the bodys ability to feel exhaustion but after several corpses are found with the drug being the link between them the protagonist sees no other way to solve it other than ingest it himself. But the pill is a halluciogenic drug that abuses the desire for food and causes them to do lethal things. This ties in with the protagonists own story and is a metaphor for his own fears about losing weight, that he might exhaust himself and die. But the tv with the training commercial is constantly nagging him and he swallows the pill. Similar to the poor murder victims he start hallucinating but in a completely different fashion than the other. Rather than chasing the reward of fattening savoury food, he reaches the burger and starts to fight the desire to eat. The struggle is no longer about satisfying his appetie but to resist it. The video culminates with him finally turning around after being surrounded by hamburger men (another metaphor for adevertising) and starts to fight the desire itself. Taking apart his own relationship to food.
