If you want to use Hollandai milk, you have to make condensed milk with it before use. If you don't want to do that, you can cook the milk, sugar and the coconut flakes until it looks like what you saw on the video. It will take forever to achieve that consistency if you use the Hollandia milk because you will have to cook off most of the moisture. Thanks for watching.
