My theory: Harley wanted a place to stay After running away but all windows and doors were locked. He climbed up into the chimney he then realized he was stuck so screamed for help. But after he done that the air was compressing his lungs. Forcing him deeper he kept on screaming Falling deeper and deeper and deeper . until he couldn't breathe anymore. He had to stand there in pain his feet dangiling off the ground Until he suffocated to death...
That’s not a theory
There was a crawl space that he could have got into the house using. How did his clothes and glasses end up in different places? And why destroy only the chimney? In all my years, I have never heard of them destroying only one part of a home where a tragedy has unfolded.

That coat wouldn’t just ease through the area that gets narrow at 6”. This explanation doesn’t explain anything except that a jacket would get caught up. It would have to be forced through a narrow 6 inch opening. And we all should be aware that a chimney, especially a brick chimney probably isn’t the smoothest surface. That coat wouldn’t just fall through without being physically pushed through. I call BS and I think someone else was involved.
Their was no fireplaces in the house. The home owner stated that it was bricked off and he didnt think their we access points to get into the chimney. So this explanation makes no sense for this house. And the flute was supposley closed.

It was obvious that he died from compressive asphyxiation. You can’t really fake that. And there was security footage of him walking in the direction of the house.
I don't believe this story for 1 second. His coat would have caught on the walls inside the chimney. What was his position in the chimney? There are to many unanswered questions.

The home wasn't built with a fireplace. The chimney vented coil or oil, those are usually in the basement but have access points elsewhere.

So we test boundaries, its natural when young hence guidence needed in supervision ( experiential sight) whenever possible. Accidents do happen especially vulnerable inexperience.

Don’t get me wrong I don’t want to put ANY blame towards anyone in a wrongful manner but I STRONGLY believe his friends/friend had some involvement. Anyone who knows actually knows Harley can’t tell me they don’t think anything is weird about this whole situation?? There’s so many things that haven’t came to light and I swear I can just feel it. I DONT believe anyone had any bad motives towards Harley but I believe this could have been a case of teen boys being teen boys and it went too far. He could not have taken his jacket off in the chimney...so did he throw it down first? Why would he do this with his glasses? If qas wedged in so tight how did his glasses fall off?
Compressive asphyxiation is fron weight on your chest. Harley could have died from someone sitting in him. Neighborhood kids who had been in the house before with him. It could have been an accident. Or A pedophile who took him into the house. It prob would not have taken much to tell Harley " im a fan if your tube channel" the could have been molested and dressed amd stuffed in the chimney, and possibly even the killer coming back to visit the body.

No fireplace because it was an old house like 100+ years. It had a chimney so we can assume it used to have a fireplace. But it was all covered up in their renovation. Covering a fireplace with drywall is more cost effective than removing an entire chimney from the center of a house.

Owner states no way what the police say happened so it was in the process of remodel how do we know they put him behind and covered the wall back up with bricks of anything. This is the dumbest story ever. And they think we are gullible to believe it.

Having built many fireplaces I can’t think of any design methods that would allow a person to exit from the base of the flue. Best protection is to embed a grate at the chimney opening to prevent entry.
When Harley got locked out of the house by his mom if he called the cops he would probably still be alive RIP Harley dilly

Did his mom get too frustrated and sat on his rib cage for long enough to where it broke a rib maybe two then his father had to come home to pick up the sofa because there was probably blood or other bodily fluids like saliva and stuff on it
So eventually after his mom gets up from sitting on his rib cage she thinks he is dead so she runs to a nearby house which she know is abandoned and shoves harleys coat and glasses down the chimney before throwing him in (also notice he was stripped of his clothes) there could’ve been evidence on the jacket as well blood saliva maybe even his urine.) BUT he wasn’t dead just yet he passed out from lack of oxygen at his house but once his mom shoved him in the chimney he woke up screamed and in doing so released all the oxygen from his lungs and later suffocate in the chimney this explains why his mom didn’t report him until TWO days after the fact
This story doesn’t even make any sense. There has got to be another person involved a kid doesn’t just put himself down a chimney. Whether he believed in Santa or not he would’ve known he wouldn’t have fit. Definitely more to this then what’s been put to the public.

why was this house not seached in the first report of his missing,,they had dogs and such,,I call this whole thing questionable.THAt kid was smarter than that,,i call b.s. ..
The house was searched on the outside WITH DOGS. Dogs picked nothing up. The outside was secured and deadlocked and no visible break in was seen. So they didn't think to go inside. Given his history of leaving home and RUclips video (he gives out his phone number and asks people to call him in one), it made more sense to devote resources to other things.
I reckon Harley climbed on an antenna tower to roof of house and walked to chimney by himself. He got trapped into chimney accident. The dogs can't smell in height of the roof.
Stacey Rovira the cadaver dogs alerted Chief after he saw glasses and coat in chimney brick and told police that dogs smelled Harley's body came from inside the chimney. That what PCPD chief said on the news.

I guest most people think chimneys are a straight shot but no because if so then how do you explain heavy rainfall not pouring down into the room from a chimney or heavy snowfall. You might get lil specs of water but very tiny, not enough to get a napkin even because there’s nothing there to wipe up around a chimney after a heavy rain. That alone should be an indicator that though chimneys look like it’s a straight up down set up, it is but isn’t because of that one slanted piece that significantly narrows the space.
