Is Software Developer or Business analyst better to become a PM? I’m studying MIS and CS and am Interested in both roles, but confused which position start my career with.

Both are great places to start your career as a PM! Each will help you gain different skills and all applicable to PM
My recommendation: go with whichever you find more interesting… PM will come later once you have the skills 💪
