Missed you so much. Loved minimal design. I would recommend marble/tile base wardrobe where wet products are kept .

I have also made glass ceiling in my terrace ,it looks amazing but unfortunately we are facing issues of water leakage from the glass joints. Hopefully u wont face these issues as u live in comparatively dry area.
Silicon sealant helps.We did the same for our sunroof and we never faced leakage issues
@@manasanallani1567 we have done silicon sealing thrice with in 5 months but still its not leakage proof.
I was expecting this. Though I am no expert but I would have suggested giving a slight inclination to the roof panel so that water drains out due to slanting nature. Not too much just a little bit. This combined with a good sealant would have done the job perfectly
Instead of glass try polycarbonate sheets it reduces heat

But I have a question....by using the glass ceiling and door in this balcony, will it not make it very very hot? Bcos of the greenhouse effect.....just wondering..... Please share what you have thought about it..... would love to know your thought process......

Utility corner is a very important area of a home and for a homemaker it is such a place if we don't give importance while designing it later the whole look of home would become messy....kehte hain na ghar k lachchan aangan bole, now we don't have aangan this is modern aangan for us
One thing I want to mention here....iam also planning to make my customized aangan😜 I've searched those cleaning supplies cupboard but the problem with this is they don't have ventilation....it's a must thing to dry the mop&all. Utility area should have good resources of light and ventilation
Didi I have been waiting for your home tour for a very long time, so that I could take ideas/ reference....now it's been 2 years waiting and we have build our own home( wait is over but you home tour is still gonna take a long time).

First of all so gud to see u back in form after a long time I simply luv ur style as fr th utility area luved th concept of glass ceiling Hope its leak proof Waiting eagerly fr more such videos of ur home
Only thing people should keep in mind while having sink in any balcony be it utility area or any other while using it water shouldn't splash out of Balcony to other's house specially floor below ur own balcony as lot water splashes when u wash utensils . As nobody notices this lot of water leaks down in other's balconies of other floors which obviously is a nuisance people create n don't see as a serious problem causing trouble for someone else. We have faced such things n see others complaining about it too.

Hi Ananya , I have been loving your videos since a long while and celebrated your happiness all along, I just wanted to share my experience of getting glass ceiling was that after a while the look was spoiled by pigeon's shat which of course we didn't expect it while renovating and since we are at 10th floor, it wasn't feasible to clean it and ultimately we had to get it covered later. If you find any solution on how to maintain this , then plz do share it with all of us :)❤

Hi Ananya I always watch ur videos . I liked them very much . My interior work is going on in the kitchen my colour palate is silver frost HGL and pearl frost HGL in that case which dado tile looks good as my counter top is quartz white in colour

Very good selection of floor tiles but that area should have been kept open at least from one side instead of covering it from both sides.

I think you should also use wiremass shutter so that at night you get fresh air with insects outside. And a major issue which I faced was of water leakage so kindly use some adhesive materials to pack the leaks ❤❤❤ huge fan, lots of love from an Indian fan ❤❤

Hi Ananya.pls suggest me . We are constructing a independent house at our village. Is it better to have utility or use that space for kitchen . If I have utility then my kitchen size will be 10*10.if I remove my utility my kitchen size will be 15*9. Pls suggest me.

Ho Ananya, after long time your video has come.We vere eager to see your videos so pl be regular in posting them. I love your work personally. U have done the glass ceiling in utility balcony, it's nice idea but only thing is it shld remain clean from the top that is from outer side.Have u thought about that? When the dirt collects on the top, it looks very dirty and ugly as it is transparent. I have faced such problem . I was also having the shade of transparent acrylic.From inside it used to look very dirty and we could not able to clean it.I think your ceiling is not slanting also. If it is straight then how the dirt will washed off or go away? If u have thought the solution regarding this then pl let us know in your next video. We r really eager to see your dream home come true. And one more thing I want to suggest u that when u use any material for the house work, pl tell us that why u r using that particular one only in details also. Thanks beta giving us the informations regarding the house interior work.
Yes that was the first thing came to my mind while doing glass ceiling , Maintenance.So we have planned different things for different season and have access to the ceiling from the roof .
