Love your jewelry boxes. You have so many beautiful pieces. You weren't just standing there while Paul bought the necklace. Jill was distracting you. Your newest additions are gorgeous! xoxo
We are kindred spirits when it comes to Native American jewelry. Your collection is beautiful. Love your new pieces, and especially that information was provided about the artisan. I love the malachite necklace Paul purchased for you. Green is such a pretty color on you. Hope you and Paul are doing well.
Thank you. We are doing well. We've been in the new apartment for a week now. Still in the throes of unpacking and getting things set up. Waiting for cabinets to arrive so I can finish unpacking the kitchen and my studio. I think it will still be a few weeks before it's all done.
What a fabulous video! A very nice change from all those Cartier and Van Cleef unboxings. I've always loved silver and most of my jewelry is in silver. Native American jewelry is very special. I purchased a sterling cuff with malachite in Scottsdale several years ago and oddly enough I just took it out to polish. Your collection is precious so take good care and enjoy!
I get so bored with seeing those same brands. Funny, since I don't get bored seeing the same bags over and over. I prefer jewelry to be more unique, I guess. That sounds like a lovely bracelet!
Love your jewelry. Santa Fe Trail in Galveston is my favorite place for Native American jewelry. I have bought a lot of jewelry from there over the years. Great quality, great prices. Safe travels.
A beautiful collection. I am not surprised that you want to linger in Santa Fe and i would love to go there myself! Loving the new pieces. That necklace! Wow! Spectacular! Thank you for the video!
We ended up only spending 2 nights there instead of 3. We realized the next leg of the trip was longer than we wanted to do in one day so we spent the night in Durango, Colorado to break it up.
Would love to hear the back story of what draws you to that style of jewelry. The reason I ask is because I love it too and have a fascination with anything native American from the time I was a small child of 3 yrs old.
Your native American jewelry collection is amazing Autum !! Have you ever thought of adding a squash blossom necklace? They have certainly gone up in price as have everything!! ❤
Have you heard of Beaded Dreams located in Ottawa, Ontario Canada that is the store location but they have an online store where you can order from it is a Native American family owned store and the Owners are Kim Vincent and Morningstar
I have a few NA pieces that I just want to look at them all day. The major pieces are chunky and envision displaying them on the wall as a wall hanging. I recently picked up a "fun" gemstone bracelet for everyday wearing in small turquoise beads with a dangling evil eye charm and there is a description on the box, Turquoise - Good luck. Protection. Turquoise is known to help enhance communication and truth. It is one of the oldest protection stones to bring power and connection to the spirit world. The stone can help to protect from negative influences. Very interesting. It's a beautiful stone, nonetheless. You have a great turquoise collection. I hope you're close to settling in in Oregon. That's on my list to visit. Be well. 👫🐕🐕🦜
It's such a beautiful stone and there's so much variation to it! We're getting settled here. Still in the process. I haven't been able to start on my studio yet because I'm waiting on new cabinetry. The rest of the place is coming together well. Get yourself up here! It's gorgeous!
You don't have anything from the Kingman mine. That robin's egg blue is beautiful. SS is all I can wear so I have a large collection . Wolf is a great jewelry box. I like the ring ones you can see in that has glass. I like to keep my jewelry in flat boxes because they are easy to hide! I do like My Armoire to hold many pieces. I just love jewelry but at 75 I can't wear it all so every once in awhile I pick someone special and give them a piece to enjoy while I am alive and can tell the story. Of course I write it down for them.
It's from Hill Country Collectables in Wimberley, TX. I couldn't find a website for them but their phone number is listed below. They had a couple of them, as I recall.
I did vlog it. Haven't started editing yet. I'm posting my Oregon related content on Thursdays and still have at least 1 Thursday video to show before that one.
Autumn, these pieces are exquisite. Although your jewelry boxes are wonderful to look at, I think you might like to make a shadow box display of a few of your curated favourite pieces (changing seasonally?). You, Paul and your guests can appreciate them in a museum-like display that would really enhance your home. Just a thought. 😊

True. He did have some help. ;)
I am obsessed with native american jewelry

I love the bronze mosaic bracelet.
The pieces from Paul's mother are fantastic! Native jewelry is my favourite as well.

Hello from Benomar ,Morocco
Earlier, lighter green stone you didn’t remember: I bet it’s gaspeite (sp?)
I live in ABQ New Mexico and I’ve never bought turquoise jewelry! I really want to 😂
I don't believe it! Is ABQ Abiquiu or Albuquerque?
@@AutumnBeckman Albuquerque! 😁
THAT MALACITE SET IS STUNNING-- WHERE CAN I BUY IT ?.
