    Week 7 is an Equipment Focus - NOODLES💥
    Today Donna pops together suspended core burner 🔥 using the noodle, alternating between long kicks, long kicks with torso rotation (opposite arm / leg), Straddle legs, Straddle rotation to side ski.
    Tips....
    💦 try to keep your hip angle at 90° to engage your core
    💦 stay suspended to avoid pushing off the floor during the kicks
    💦 if you want to take this next level, hold the noodle in your hands by your side 😳🤣💥
