    Some people may say that this is too much tools and slow, but for me this the most efficient way to open a coconut. No husk and shells flying around, no need to clean the floor since there's no mess. Just a smooth clean cut

      In Thailand, they open, drain and flesh scoop a coconut in 20 seconds with nothing else than a matchet and a spoon.

    Actually, this man story was about his safety. He said in the interview that he is not as skilled as other people like the Indians or Malay where the their cutting skill is perfect. This Chinese afraid of cutting his own finger, so he came out an idea to cut the coconut and sell it. This happen after covid 19 when he did not have a job. This man deserve respect for the effort in order come with a solution. 👍

    In TAMIL NADU also the vendors slice the coconut in less than one minute time, along with it they make spoon out of the coconut shell and give us to eat the tender coconut which they extracted in the coconut shell itself.Eating Natural from natural made spoon, what a life... 😎

    This guy has few customers so he can do that. In Sri Lanka🇱🇰 they serve coconut 🥥🌴 every 15 seconds cause they have 100s if customers 😊 and no waste as everything is composted

    I'm from Oregon. I had a fresh off the tree coconut while working on a wildfire in Florida. It was the most amazing experience I have ever had. Of course, I would have benefited greatly from this man's expertise in opening the thing, but that was half the fun....

    Korang ni aduhai. Obviously dia pakai cara ni sebab nak elak bersepah. Dia kan menjaja je tu. Kalau uncle ni ada gerai sendiri confirm dia pakai golok je. Yang terlalu judgemental ni silap-silap pegang parang pon terketar-ketar. Orang luar pon tah pape.

    If one of the holes was to be put on opposite side or even 90 degree away from the draing hole, coconut water would drain faster.

    I dont get it why need to criticise him so much. For all i know he is doing it safely and without stress. No point getting hurt or lose a limb over opening a coconut. We are so used to seeing cleavers and machetes being used. It may be faster but i dont think will make a lot of difference to this uncle way
