The sheer incompetence of William Ruto's administration is unprecedented. The measures he now proposes and those called for by Kenyans would've been implemented by any proactive leader as soon as he occupied office and realized the country was broke. Ruto is frequently reactive and he has grossly mismanaged the economy through extravagance and corruption. Kenyans are fed up.
