Let's be honest the game isn't that scary until you reach the end but the atmosphere and the story behind it is absolutely phenomenal
On the contrary, trying to sneak past the monsters without alerting them was the most stress inducing thing I've ever done.
The only real creepy part in the whole game was when he was going to meet the sheriff under the tree, and he said he was there, but wasn't.
DE GAME IS LITERALLY SCARY AF !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Due to disabilities i cannot play games as much but i love watching these full playthroughs with no commentary. Its like watching a movie but in some ways better

Coming from someone that is from Frederick County, and grew up around the Burkittsville area. I can really appreciate this video, and game! Blair Witch is literally a drop in a bucket compared to all the other crazy unexplainable things that happens in the woods out there!

Jinn inhabit places where there is either not a big human presence or deep within forested areas away from view. That is most likely why there is so many paranormal reports or witchcraft taking place in Burkittsville.

me and a few friends of mine actually camped out in the Black hills woods just for the funsies and we did get a little turned around cause our GPS was screwed up. we had tied down ribbons on trees to remember our path and where we were, so it wasn't too bad but at night it was actually scary cause all joking aside, as night fell we made camp and we woke up to what we can only describe as a group of people chanting in a language I never heard of far off in the distance followed by someone screaming in agony. we called the cops and left our camp right there following our path we made it out of the woods. the next morning the cops did a massive sweep of the area they found our camp and following north where we heard the noises they found an giant patch of ground that was burnt to ash. as if something or someone was there.....we NEVER came back since it's been 10 years since then, it still gives me chills

@@user-iu1co9iv9k the GPS was screwing up so it didn't show the coordinates but we showed the path we took and down where we heard the screaming it was the black hills national forest

When he fell into the ravine, it was like he entered another world and the terrain looks unfamiliar.
the sign at 1:23:59 was in Arabic language for some reason. the one far right says "the light", the next one says "lines", the third and fourth ones literally say "you are for it" meaning "you can do it". the one far left says "selfish"

Is it just me or did game graphics make a huge leap recently? They look much more immersive and are nearing actual photorealism
Landscape yes but the cartoon people will never look bang on, I havent even seen an experimental clip from any game where it looks convincing
Ray Traced lighting helps realism immensely
Not sure what engine this game runs on but engine 5 makes games look real and i mean real real. Raytracing (lighting and reflections) helps alot too.

those assets don't look cheap and games like this these days don't have the audience it used to have compared to the 2000s.
As a longtime fan of the original Silent Hill trilogy and the Blair Witch Project, I would've killed someone to have a video game like this during that period.

It was me playing a horror game for the first time... I was totally scared at some moments. Truly an amazing game... The graphics are also good and the story line is absolutely phenomenal.

If you like the movie aspect you’d like Until Dawn. It’s like being able to play an 8 hour movie. The Quarry is the sequel and comes out on the 26th of this month. They are made by a company called Dark Pictures Anthology. They have 3 other games that are movie type video games. The Quarry is going to be like an 80s type horror movie that takes place in a camp ground I believe. Until Dawn takes place in a cabin in Washington state Mountains and deals with Windegos. It’s awesome on stormy nights or to play on a movie night with a bunch of junk food. If you like this game you’ll like Dark Picture games a lot more I think.

Got triggered when the character was carrying bullet and you kept looking at the writings on the wall as if it didn't say the same thing like 50 times. Like just keep moving dude haha

This game won’t let you progress unless you hit the exact frame for the camera, so many specific things you need to do to progress you end up playing 8 hours without 2 lead

Played through it myself a few times, so i decided to go for the pacifist achievement and get the good ending. That gives this game a whole new difficulty, only got about halfway through. Still love the game though.

I love this game a lot while playing really the sound is so natural that i kept my volume level only 25,30 range but on the other hand the game is really too much complicated after sometime I always have to prefer this video thanks to uploader who spent so much time for us.He played 2 time 1st he search all things and 2nd time again for recording the video for us.
There’s multiple endings, my favorite is where you and the dog escape what’s going on.

Not at all. Easy to say from an outside perspective
It was more about his PTSD than a witch. The ghost battle in the woods was confusing, yet blended in well, cause you didn't know what was going on and it seemed real until you find out his past later.
Finally I found one of the comments that had a little understanding of various mental disorders from his point of view
