+Rick Segrest It was made in a time when we could not afford Photoshop or Flash to animate , but since there was a great desire to make this video we did it with the only programs that we had .. ms paint
Now we are working on Pac Man Fever 3 that will be done with modern animation programs! stay tuned ! :)
