I would say both.. because spiritually it hardens the heart and how can Holy Spirit live in us if our heart is hardened.. also speaking from the experiences of close friends who have committed adultery, were diagnosed with some form of illness, from diabetes, lupus or even cancer. it's unfortunate for those that give into their flesh, it's not easy but it's possible for ALL things are Possible with God ❤
