Another great video! Thank you! How about some knee pads there old chap? I met a 70 year old plasterer once who had to have two knee operations because he never used to wear knee pads and he implored me to always wear them! I hate wearing them so usually use a rubber knee mat lol

The turbo silicone seal can can you do over block cement as well ?

Yes, that is correct. That is a Modifies Bitumen Membrane with some kind of mastic sealant. I had to remove that 1 st to be able to make the flashing
