@@MamaFeng im sure there is. according to studies, 1 in 3 people identify as being part of the lgbtq+ community, and loona is 12 members. however I doubt if any of them were, that they’d come out. Korea is still conservative and unaccepting of the lgbt community. we’re getting more open minded though, luckily.

honestly "Voice" could have easily be a Comeback/MV worthy song. An etherial theme would fit this so well, like closer from OMG. Really dont get the retro vibe they are trying to convey with it tho XD

They're doing a retro concept because it ties with the Loona lore. In the Why not music video, they're trying to retroactively change the past to change the upcoming future. Thus the butterfly effect that happened in the mv.

i mean to be fair the song is very 80s/retro inspired, that’s a semipopular trend that’s going around in kpop rn. that’s probably why they’re leaning into it being more retro :)

Vivi really does have the best fit, but I honestly hate the outfits for Voice and it’s not just the green I didn’t like the blue version either. I think the stylist did a good job but I cannot stand it. Like I understand the intention and it’s done well but subjectively just no.

these looks are perhaps some of the most accurate late 60s looks ive seen from an idol group. the hair bump on vivi, the straight side bang on heejin. the little bow on yeojin. kim lips whole look. even that shade of green and the cut of the high waisted slightly flaired pants is like, exactly on point.
im so confused why they gave them this look for this song, which is like, an 80s synth pop song. they look like theyre about to perform iu's eojetbam or snsd's hoot. jinsoul's hair is maybe the only thing that fits the 80s era. really confused. but the styling is great don't get me wrong. even the beige and brown many of them are wearing. it's not modernised at all, its really accurate to the past. to our modern style those beige colours look really old fashioned, and the green is a bit too much. i think their stylist is a fashion historian who wanted it to be perfect.

OH MY GOD FINALLY. I LOVE VOICE!!! BILLBOARD 200 QUEENS 💘💘🙏🙏
I think most people agree voice is superior. The line distribution is more equal and certain parts of the song really fit the members voices really well (Olivia Hye second verse, Jinsoul's lines). The 1950s styling is great, with Yeojin looking especially cute. The song overall invokes a feeling of nostalgia, it's the kind of song you'd hear at the end of a Camp Rock or any musical movie when everyone comes together and sings about friendship idk.
AND THE CHOREO, I think is just better overall. The seduction dance by Yves is iconic, and the bridge with Choerry brings down the energy really well which will lead into the climactic finish propelled by Chuu's belt. The dance break is especially cool since they use moves you'd see in western line dancing which matches the theme of the song quite well.
