@@AddictedtotheMouse fair enough, looking forward to the rest.. I oddly post myself a post card home from any trip, a nice arrival when home and have holiday blues 🤩
Hi Dan and Leslie!! Loved this tour of Rome which is IMO one of the most beautiful cities I have been to!! Thank you for showing what an ABD experience is like!! Congrats on 17.8K!! So happy to see your channel growing!!
My son was just there in June with his school choir for an international choral festival and to perform at the Vatican. he loved the food and especially the gelato.
Loved this travel blog! Your videos are always top quality and this was no different . I’ve never been to Italy, but my wife Linda has been to the places you visited back in the early 70’s. Now that we are both in our 70’s it looks like a lot of walking and stair climbing. But, it looks like it’s all worth it! What incredible history to see and great food to eat. Can’t wait for part2 .
We just returned from this same ABD tour last Wednesday. We have ABD blues. Thanks for sharing. Also-our days were different. Day 1 was Coliseum. Day 2 Vatican and Rome tour. Day 3 St. Peter’s. I guess I assumed they were all the same itinerary. Can’t wait for the rest of your videos.
Just watched and I am so excited to hear all about your trip. We are doing the same trip in March so any advice you have would be greatly appreciated. We are flying in from Orlando the day before the tour begins.
Hi , I stumbled upon your video researching Italy. Planning a trip to Rome, Pienza, Florence and Cinque Terre. I'm a little confused. Is this part of a Disney Cruise or just a Disney Tour? I am anticipating more videos from your Italy tour. Looks like you are having a fantastic time as a family. The private tour of the Vatican sounds awesome!
Hi Dan and Leslie - thank you for sharing your experience as I have always been very curious about ABD. At some point -- whether in your podcast or YT - could you please discuss how you and how the tour guides addressed Italy's blazing summer HEAT?
We did the pre-opening tour at the Vatican last year and it was great. We booked it straight from the Vatican site, so no Disney required. We thought the breakfast at the restaurant was really bad though, so definitely get something at a proper Cafe before hand. Hopefully it was just an off day.
we had about 30 mins with about 150 people in the chapel. and then like you took the before and after hallway photos as we exited back through after our tour. so crowded you couldn’t see the floor nor even pause. the guards just keep saying move along
I love ❤️ Rome
We love your podcast and videos! ❤
GREAT VIDEO! I now added Italy to my bucket list! I eagerly await the next video....
Those Vatican shots were amazing.
I was so sad when this video ended. Can’t wait for the next one!! Thank you sooo much for bringing us along. ❤
You are so welcome!
Thank you so much! This was AWESOME!!!!
I’m subscribed to your RUclips channel and I love Rome
Reliving our Italy trip last year…pasta is amazing 👍🏼
Eeee!!! I love seeing the pins!!! I also love group travel and ABD is on my bucket list!
Fabulous Italy.. No Irish trip 😢.. Just excited to see you were here.. your trip looks amazing 😎🌞🍹
We recorded during the trip to Ireland and may do a video in future, but the focus for the channel is definitely the ABD.

Interesting! I’ve heard the Pope’s schedule can alter when they do things in Rome.

It’s separate from Disney Cruise Line. Adventures by Disney is its own thing.

This is not the same. That tour starts at 8am. We got in at 640am. I’m sure it was still a cool experience, but definitely not the same.
When will you post more videos of your trip to Italy
Every Sunday at 4pm EST 🤗
Sorry, was the carbonara really good or really bad? I couldn't tell from the reaction!
Good
rome is famous for 4 pastas. cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana, and alla gricia
What is the weather like and which month was this? Thanks!
It was two weeks ago. Hot and sunny the whole week.

What is the name of the restaurant you went for dinner in Rome on your second day?
Tonnarello
@@AddictedtotheMouse Thank you. We are doing AbD of Italy/Amalfi coast in a few weeks, with Rome as an add-on.
