One needs to deserve to become IAS officer. Just a genetic characteristic like voice , looks , etc cannot decide that . Certainly she has worked hard and deserved to achieve such a good rank so it's better that one gives credit to her qualities rather than genetic characters she poses . Because this will ultimately send a good message to people irrespective of their predetermined background, they are capable of becoming IAS officer ( those also who do not have clear speech while communicating , etc ) .

Very crisp and clear interview. She is very comprehensive in her thoughts. Loved her way of answering. She backed her answers with many theories and studies.
But i think arts and commerce usually don't have that determination and will required for UPSC.I think this is the reason why most of the toppers are IITians as they already know how much blood and sweat are required for such great achievements.On contrary arts and commerce students only know how to ace board exams(rote learn) and get top DU college.

Honestly speaking she is brilliant. She should have been in top five . Her language,flow,command over subject,her body language is too good . Unfortunately she has been dragged into certain subjects where it was more like a debate . Little bit of luck she would have been among top five

Same here yaar didn't study Zoology from last 4 years after graduation did my masters in economics and now preparing for UPSC as sociology optional, if they start typical Zoology questions in the interview I would be a gone breed

Just a minor correction. I think the question pertaining to Coronavirus' beneficial impact on humans has not answered aptly. I believe we cannot predict the direction of evolution. Moreover, every mutation or resistance should have some genetic and reproductive basis. Thus, the answer would be; we cannot predict yet as we do not know the nature of mutation or resistance which might happen in humans.
