This video will show you how to enable Apple Intelligence in iOS 18.1 beta when outside of the US.
I’m in the UK, and didn’t have the option, but now I’m on the waiting list.
Have fun testing out the new features, when they allow people to move onto the beta from the waiting list.

Yes, within about an hour. But to be honest, I didn’t think it was worth it, so I changed back to UK and then it disappeared again
