Even though it's called the black Greek society if you notice real white sororities and fraternities don't do what we do because ours is Steeped in African traditions that's where we get strolling and stepping from the call and responses the formations this goes all the way back to Africa when different tribes would have competitions on who's the best . Sometimes you had same tribe but from different areas that would compete against each other. Dancin steppin even dissin eachother .
And it doesn't stem from African countries... The only Sorority that stems from Africa is Egypt... A white woman married a PHAROAH... Deltas are from France, Germany, Spain, UAE & Italy...
These outfits are awesome. I'm just a few minutes in.... so much energy and clarity to be so many of em. I understood EVERYTHING they said. Lovely probate! Congrats ladies!!
This is so EPIC Sorors ! this is one of the greatest probates shown. (BA Spr 82) . It brought me to tears especially when got off the stage to join the real world with those epic symbols of Delta Sigma Theta!

Two girls died pledging this sorority and pieces of this probate was in the documentary . I think that caused some people to not feel to pleased when looking at this video .
