Hi DC aged 66 I decided to take up fishing here four year ago here in the UK and I am still struggling tying knots. My eyes aren't what they once were , so your great video is great because the knot you use to tie your line onto the reel is out of all the videos I have watched the simplest I have seen. I'll definitely be using that now. Never seen or read of the Reel box you used so I will have to try and buy one now. Looks nice and sunny where you live unlike here in the UK. One more Sub for you . Stay safe. Ted

THANK YOU! Bought a reel like this, been a few years since i fished and I didn't realize these were so different. tried to spool twice and lost the line both times. i think i was using with the reel on top and was adding string counterclockwise and it would just spool off after casting and reeling in because it was basically unspooling it all. got super frustrated. but this helps a ton, thank you

Note to anyone buying any pre spooled combos. Loosen the drag all the way and take the spool off.
Soak it in a cup of warm water for 10ish minutes. It will shrink the memory profile of the monofilament (Line)
Will prevent casting issues/loose line and the line wrapping around the rod/guides/reel ect.
