  • This week I I get to a few little things I have been meaning to get to FOREVER! I know it's not the most entertaining build but I didn't want to leave out how important it is to finish off certain things. If you put in a lot of work to make something, don't skip out on anything, put in the effort and finish it!
    Thanks for watching!

Can't wait for the final tour ! Painting the bed slats will help prevent mould taking hold :) Mattresses can transfer moisture, and the paint will prevent absorption into the wood.

You made yourself a very nice small campervan, I'm sure that after all the work you've done, this van will give you a lot of pleasure.

Wow! Big changes! I really like how you opened up the space. I do wonder at the loss of storage, but will watch and see how you proceed.

It's the details that make or break the build.
    Great Job

This is looking so awesome. It'll be neat to see it when everything is finished, you're a huge inspiration!

Your kitchen looks like an arcade cabinet, add a 32inch tv and joysticks and you have your entertainment center. 😉

Someone's already mentioned it - but a splash back in the back of the cupboard would be useful for cooking and hide the seams.

Great conversion! What are the dimensions of the kitchen unit, especially the height and depth of the work-top? Thanks.

Kinda bummed you didn’t go into detail of how you constructed the bed. This was the main thing I was trying to do with my van.

I’m wondering just how long it took you from empty van to finished build-out??? Did you work on it daily or from time to time? Is all that wood heavy for the tranny to pull? It’s beautiful! I hope you are enjoying using it now. Great videos!

You should build and sell kits you would make a fortune top cabinets above bed would be better very nice meticulous job one person good work sick of watching builds w crappy workmanship great videos depending on weather where you live much better insulation is needed reflectics is not insulation more than R1 I know it's a lot more work but frame out ceiling and walls with 2x2s gives you inch and a half insulation can get R7 necessary if you are going past 80 degree or under 50 degrees I have been living in vans and rvs for 35 years about half the time long before it was cool I have woken up to dog water frozen solid many a night insulate insulate insulate floor too if you do this you can be comfortable 20 to 90 any way you're going to have a blast good job
